Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in home interior products or services.

Utilize various databases, directories, and leads provided by the company to reach out to potential clients.

Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the company’s home interior products and services to prospective customers.

Tailor sales pitches and presentations according to the specific needs and preferences of individual clients.

Establish rapport with customers over the phone to build trust and credibility.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and requirements, and provide accurate and helpful information.

Drive sales conversions by persuasively articulating the value proposition of the company’s offerings and overcoming objections.

Maintain ongoing communication with existing and prospective customers to nurture relationships and foster long-term loyalty.

Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Implement sales strategies and techniques to maximize sales performance and meet or exceed revenue goals.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills with Good articulation of English language.

Should Posses Strong Persuasion and Negotiation skills.

Must have STRONG Work Ethic!

Must be Results and Success driven!

Must be Accountable and Honest!

Clear extroverted, positive, and outgoing personality

Should be willing to work from the office location in Bangalore.

Immediate joiners preferred.
